Creating a cascade of color with Benartex Fabrics, this workshop explores the interaction of Fall Fabrics in a tessellated colorwash. Tessellation's create a mosaic with endless potential and are made with only one shape. Virginia's easy, curved piecing technique doesn't use pins or clipping when sewing this variation of a circular curve. This pattern and its clothing variation is from Virginia book "From Quits to Wearable Art" and can be seen in the Featured Teacher article in "Traditional Quiltworks", issue #78. Taught by the author and inventor of the Creative Curves Rulers©, the Creative Curves Ellipse Rulers©, and Books, plus the new Creative Curves Kaleidoscope Ruler©, and Book. |
